About this Course

Get connected with 3D printing! During this two-hour workshop, learn about the library’s 3D printers and how they work as well as how to find 3D models online and prepare them for printing. This session covers how to download files from sites like Thingiverse, what file types to use, and how to use slicing software to get your file ready for the printer. After the program, complete the online 3D printer certification quiz, then book your one-on-one appointment to show us you’re ready to use the 3D printer independently.
